Worldwide U8 Division East – November 25, 2020
Players of Этюд (Etud, Ekaterinburg, Russia) emerged victorious in today’s Worldwide U8 team tournament, one of the most numerous ones so far: 128 players born in 2012 and younger. Eminent Chess Academy (New Delhi, India) was second-placed, their best result so far, and third were SHARP KIDS (Philippines). Read full report.
Two new Russian teams appeared today, and performed very well in their first tournament: Федерация Шахмат Республики Башкортостан (Chess Federation of the Republic of Bashkortostan) and Шахматная академия UfaChess (Chess Academy Ufa), bringing the lineup to 10 very healthy, strong and numerous teams.
